When playing golf in the coastal regions surrounding
Ocean City, expect water hazards to be plentiful
but do not let the amazing water and skyline views

a golf destination with some of the Mid-Atlantic’s

The area’s only zoysia fairways, the East
is a new modern links course ranked as one of the
best new courses by Golf Digest in 1998-99 which
sits along side an original classic. The West has
the infamous Devil’s Island, the areas first

3 Baywood Greens Golf Course

Located near Rehoboth Beach this course has been
described as the "Augusta of the North",
with thousands of flowering trees, shrubs and plantings,
there is a Woodside nine accompanied by a Waterside

Club Golf Links are Ault & Clark creations.
The Inner Links was designed by the father and
son duo of Ed and Brian Ault and is laid out in
a park-like woodland edged by wetlands and a cemetery.
The Outer Links was designed by Brian Ault and
offers water on 15 of 18 holes, a real test for

5 Bear Trap Dunes Golf

A recent addition to the area and less than ten
miles from Ocean City, Bear Trap Dunes opened in
1999. Designed by Rick Jacobson, the hole everybody
talks about is number 7, a 423 yard, par 4 dogleg
left with water protecting the entire left side.

sanctuary, the first in Maryland.

the ultimate test in golf. In 2003- Golf Digest
ranked this course as number 5 in Maryland.
